This project, funded by the ER&IPR program of the DRDO, GoI, aims to take concrete steps for development of silicon-based QC “hardware”, with building-blocks and processes which are entirely compatible with the traditional electronics industry platform. The short-term goal of this project is to meet the global benchmark, in achieving the required figures of merit of the different operations.
This project, funded by DST, MoE, GoI, aims to establish a complete and robust platform for development of a spin quantum computer in silicon. The project envisions setting up the necessary infrastructure, fabricating and characterizing the spin qubits, and eventually delivering a 4-qubit quantum processor capable of running elementary quantum algorithms.
